Continental Safari Tour starded in June -96. This is my favourite after Recycler Tour. Not anymore huge stageshows etc, just a simple stage with some African influences. ZZ was returned to its roots. That little Ol' band from Texas. Billy, Dusty and Frank. ZZ Top also took their tour first time to South Africa. How cool is that!! Also some TV Appearances mostly in Europe. Setlist was really nice. When tour starts in London there was rare opening song: " I'm Just The Ministrant". Rest show's of the tour starded with "I Thank You". After first leg of the tour opening song changes to "Got Me Under Pressure" and also setlist includes some changes. About 5 new songs and sometimes two encores. In -97 tour name changes to "Mean & Rhythm". Billy plays Gibson or Tokai? Les Paul in -96 tour. (also "legs" was played with this) End of Safari tour and Mean & Rhythm tour he play's black telecaster guitar what was familiar from Antenna Tour.
